U can learn new things have a knowledge of finance and many more few managers are very friendly and loving people and salary and benefits for a fresher is the best .

Dislikes

Few people are very aggressive and harsh can't tell about job security when ever they want they will remove from the company they will give u opportunity but will not see what good things u did in that time period still remove u from the company.

Everything is perfect but salary package is less. No work pressure, excellent work environment. Very good company for freshers.

Felt happy that I got selected but very very heavy work load.

Dislikes

Continuesly without a second gap we need to type, type work not even for washroom we can go, we must work like machine even machi will get spoiled if it started working like this. People will always have fear of losing their jobs with this tension they will spoil their health n sometimes commits suicide also. But company did not bother about anything, it want employees to work like anything.

The organization is amazing. They are helpful in each and every situation no matter what. The work culture is very good. Talking about the policies I don't think any other company have such policies like Synchrony does, overall it's just amazing to work with Synchrony.
