The incriments offered were never given. Extra efforts will not be recognised and are considered as standard practice. There is a showcase of favouritism. There is limited growth in career or opportunities.

It's exhausting but fulfilling. You gain a sense of purpose. But the end of the day your efforts are rarely recognised and definetly not rewarded
