Worst management in my decade years of working tenure. They consider employee like hard core labour. People average staying time is not max then 3 months especially if they are directors of school because they need to interact directly with the top management.

The work culture is very very bad here...more over the head office has completely no concerns to what is happening in junior college. Here the principal is the dictator who uses a very foul language with the teachers working here and always discouraging them...worst place to work as a teacher here.
