The overall working environment is very pleasant. There is no office politics or need to compete with each other. Everyone get their due share. I guess this is the benefit of a small team size. Everybody including the top management what work you are doing, so no need of depending upon your manager/TL for getting a good review.

Team size and location. A small team size is good as well as bad at times. Sometimes you feel bored when surrounded by the same people daily. Office is located in Delhi so commuting wise its good, however, there are no nearby places for entertainment.

I like the peaceful working environment here. If you are good at your skills you will definitely enjoy working here and if you are a fresher you will be given sufficient time to learn new things here. the best thing, Boss is really calm and polite. Teammates are decent here.
