Not even one single thing which is good in company.

worst company ever i worked.There is no sence how to talk girl with employee.They confe one on interview time and after joining thing will be different.There is no good facilities for girls and also for safety.company atmosphere is also not good . There is no respect for your work whatever you do best.There are not given leave even an emergency.I am face many time this thing when worng hanppen then are directly blame employees there is no any single mistecked of employees. One think I like to share that when working hour is finished then there is system that take permission for going. In this company no any one experience is good. It is worst company ever....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
