I like the most thing is team work that all the department interact and work together and every department is interlinked with each other that make the team spirit for the upgrading of our company and I'm proud to work in the swiggy

Dislikes

Some of the processes that are not required and some of the process are removed that are needed and I think the employee opinion is must so that the ground level employee know the work what happened in the ground level and the asm are better than sm I am saying because they are involved in all the tasks, But the sm are involved in only some of the task that make the some what efforts less

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
