Swiggy is a wonderful organization and people who working since 2022 were enrolled as a onrole employee and they have all the benefits. but, New employees they hired as a third party employees , who treat them as a wagers in any mode of work. There is no growth or career support for those employees.
There is no work life balance, skill decelopment, promotions and at all and even no work satisfaction. Our management really appreciate to replace our designation name as FR+TC which is directly equal to FM
