Your total CTC is dissected to 70+30(in sales), in which 70% is fixed, which will really effect your net & also your next offer. The company is amazing but very few Managers aren't very supportive when it comes to achieving Targets. Inputs from regional teams aren't considered. Work Details

Basically, I used to handle business of about 150 to 200 restaurants. Although it was Monday to Friday working, I used to receive a rush of calls during weekends, since its peak for clients for business and there are issues escalated. Overall it was good!
