Great extent of exposure, but compensation/ job-satisfaction was very poor. Could be leadership has great vision and mission but at city level it's all misinterpreted/ misguided or lost. The benefits are best fitted with HQ, and not extended to other tier 1 cities. Learning and development is at one's own hand, company does not participate in equipping you with the right skills to do your job.

The benefits are best shared with HQ, tier 1 cities await for company to look after its employees. Learning and employee development is at one's own hand, company does not participate in equipping you with the right skills to do your job. Career path / growth is lacking in the system, the company is running haywire when it comes to providing a functional solution to one's career. No career path or guidance provided, all I could get is a constant push towards something I do not want or like. The superiors shut doors for any alternative movements in the company except to enter into sales or resign. No support from HR / Management.
