There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high

Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)
