There is nothing to like children's are like less 20. Teachers are like less then 3 alot work pressure

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time They are unprofessional They don't communicate anything clearly Too much irritating work You can't teach your subject as you have to teach other than all subjects. They don't even respond on time There is just for namesake facilities otherwise you have to ur own. Sometime your salary is hold more than 2 months. They don't pay properly.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
