Am working in this company for last 6 months ...it gives me a wonderful career growth compared to other campanies.you can learn about your work step by step with the support of your manager and am getting monthly incentives too.no politics to get promotions.you can get rewards and recognition based on your individual performance.if you are a fresher you can learn from basics here but if u an experienced person you feel that you have a better working and stress free environment. i am working properly in last 3 months, in my review i want to clear few things about the company it is marketing insurance company, and they are collected 600rs for training fee, if you are not a proper knowledge about insurance the exam and training will helpful to start a career exam fee only for exam fee , most of the candidate not understand the process in insurance company they are thing like a registration fee they are told before joining everything , sales and team handling but most of the negative review not telling review they explaining the job if your interested in sales and marketing it is suitable for your career, i think people dont know the word of scam, if the people buy a vadai in the new shop, the product is oily means, you skip the vadai dont tell vadai scam , jokes apart later this generation are born in scam regions finally my conclusion : the job is purely leadership based if you are a leader and interested in sales and marketing its suitable for you , thank u...Read More

Warning..!! The company members will call you even without applying for the job. If we ask about it. They will say like "I gave some amount and got your details from the website". They will not give clear information about the job role. In job description it will be like "business development officer" role : recruitment, team handling, team development. If people apply for the job.. ln round 1 they'll say like you have 60 days training 90% theory 10% practical ( i.e you have to sell their insurance policy minimum 2 to 3 and max 8 ( rs 2L premium) stipend will be provided based on your performance upto 15k . Initially mentioning the job role as bdo then they will say for that you have to complete minimum task. Firstly you will be promoted as sales officer. If you pass the task then only you will get the main offer letter.😂 if you go and search for the review 4.3 4.5 rating will be there.. In YouTube also full of positive reviews from top college students like IIM, BITS but note the comment section will be off.. fake reviews fake roles.. just misleading the innocent people.
