Their tolerance and handling on new joiners were awesome becoz in other companies we need to do everything by ourselves but in our company they provide us tym to learn things and managers are being backbone to us genuinely. Managers are taking profile,interview and other works for our candidates too which is very helpful fa the fresher's. As a fresher I joined here Onrole fa a month only but now am taking interviews and doing basic works and trying to do everything as soon as possible. Hoping to learn new things also...Read More

very very good company not , they told first 45 days training, 1 st one exam,2nd one hr training, 3rd one sales task. in sales task we want to sale lic policy for relation. out of 6 task we want finish atleast 3. for above detail we want to pay 600/- only so it is paid one.
