This company is fraud, people be aware of this company. This company scam innocent students and unemployed person by promising a job and later they ask money for training fees. They give task and fake training and will not pay any salary.

Dislikes

This scamming is happenings by targeting students and taking their resumes from common job platform and they literally waste your time and they collect insurance from students and scam them finally. Do not Join in this fraud company.

Good place to grow quickly if you are capable of leading a team and developing the team members. Loved to talking new people's to work with get the group done. Salary is high comparatively other insurance industry. All seniors are very helpful and good in nature.

But all of my doubts and confusions were cleared by the mentors in suretiimf. Got a good teamleader and a good collegues too. Sureti is a startup company which had started only in the year 2018..But with the short period of time suretiimf has gained 1st postion among all the IMF s in South india, and number 3rd position in pan india..This thing happened only by the dedications of the company employees and the behavior of the company towards the employees. Not having job security, not having proper training and not providing proper salary and management is very worst and having to see employees and they were seeing only about their commission only not about employees future.

1) 600 they have mention for irdai exam but it is for that company only not for exam fees, they just told us lie to brought it from us. Before issuing offer letter they asking 600 but exam is only after 60 days of training completition. so in middle if u left it is non refundable. It is profit to company only. 2) If they ask to pay600 means you just told i will pay after completing my training and i will pay or ask proper receipt payable to irdai , they will never issue because they not pay it to irdai just it is an easy way for gaining profit. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 3) In Training period and offer letter they have mentioned as 21000 as fixed salary and sales is a task in training period and not having sales after training, but it is completely lie, because threre is a salary pay of 5000 to 7000 only in a month and having target for it also if you not achive on it on given month of time there is not having that 5000 also</mark>. 4) They were following like MLM concept, first in training you want to put policies and after training you want to make join a persons regularly and want to take policies by them this is the only work, 5) I just attend training in this worst company for 1 month then only my friend tells this information by getting from some senior from his college that they already joined and left from that company due to the non issue of salary so this is my personal experience. 6) Finally if you want to join this company means just make a visit to directly and pay 600, because the company is not on the proper way and you just go directly then you learn many thing, 7) They have just complete all the process in online to make us fool, so go to the office directly then you know it is office or not and just ask previously worked and working employees then you know the real one...Read More
