1) Every quarter unnecessary HR experiment. 2) After properly given resign they hold fnf without any reason, yes they will given you when you follow up almost 3 to 4 week. 3) Poor management skill. 4) Unnecessary late seating financial department, all junior staff like peons also frustrated.

Working in Suresh Surana & Associates is like a learning curve. I have learnt a lot in my short span here and I am still learning. The challenges and the deadly timelines has taken out the best out of me. It has been a nice journey.

Dislikes

The only disappointing factor of working here is the payscale and compensation provided. It's way too low than what it is supposed to be.

Work Details

The work life here is very challenging and we have to be at our best everyday to complete the audits of branches. And at the end of every month we have to give our 200 percent commitment and dedication to prepare and draft reports in a day.
