I have never seen such a terrible company before! I strongly advise you please don't even try for job in this company. The management, who oversees operations across all units in India, is highly toxic person - including 2 members. For instance, employees who want to retain their positions after reaching a salary of 35 to 40 are required to bow down to that person feet along with their family members in his birthday (i seen it personally mamy peoples doing this every year) and this person's behaviour resembles that of Hitler. Furthermore, the management seems to prioritize cost cutting by hiring contract labourers in the range of 12 to 14k instead of paying employees their due wages. The management also lacks regard for staff members often resorting to surveillance at the contract level. If any employee raises their voice again work related issues of contract workers then contact workers directly called to that management person, then employee face severe consequences. This hostile management approach leads to a lack of respect for staff members in all departments. Over all this company exhibits extremely poor management practices. Good working culture and supportive management, I came as a fresher and I learnt all technical skills here and good supportive colleagues

There is no cab facilities here and canteen food is not good and store peoples are not supportive to the production team and 6 days working not comfortable

Bad management, bad culture, bad politics.... Uneducated Plant Head (Krishna Devadiga) He has no sense of humour..Production manager (Wazir Khan) pappu of Plant head.. uneducated, senseless fellow...quality head Takla (Ajay) Big Spoon and big level of 'C' ...who don't know the Q of Quality is a manager and do politics at worsted level

Nothing is there to like. Everything is worst and very worst management. Managers and unit head expects kaizens very dynamic way but it should be free of cost (congress free bhagya scheme). If any one has talent to do 50k worth kaizens with 0 cost they can join this company and grow the company. All the best fir future..
