Likes

I enjoyed the people i worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and i actually enjoyed Going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too.

Dislikes

One of the reason i am leaving Is that i felt i was not challenged enough of the and also felt I wasn't able to fulfill all of my potential because of a real lack of chalenge.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
