No job security, process training not provided, giving pressure to achieve sales anyhow, auckward shift timings, hiring and firing if employee unable to give sales, no perks on the job like PF,MEDICLAIM,ESIC,ALLOWANCES ETC. company only want sales nothing else more. Only sunday is off. Unprofessional office environment. There is no fun activity usually company does for employees entertainment. Worst, no time for family and another task to finish due to auckward shift timing begins from midnight 4 or 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
