Sales Staff is Ok 2nd and 4th Saturday Work from Home (Sometimes) Monthly 1 paid leave is provided (proofs we have to submit for genuine reasons)

Very Terrible Company Management is poor No Job Security They don't have complete documents BIS, MNRE Pump they are outsourcing on own their brand but don't kept in stock therefore delivery is delayed by 30 to 45 days after getting 50% Advance from the customer And they are not empanelled in Subsidy Scheme Therefore not able to provide subsidy in any state Target is given beyond limit therefore 90% of Staff is not getting incentive No Medical is provided and Field work is provided for 15 - 20 days continuous work in fixed salary 20K - 25K They will just ask for figure and service side nobody is focusing After sale there is no service end user struggles and no referance business will come I don't recommend anyone this company...Read More
