Culture of sundaram finance is old fashioned but still good, should change its approach to sustain in market, they treat customer good but they need to change their strategy to attract customers.and you have to prove your loyalty to them to get promoted but if you believe in skills only then no one will help you there.so i strongly prefer who are innovative then don't join finance companies.

Where i was working every one was selfish there except the branch manager he was a good leader.i left the organization only because of the colleagues they wanted respect without giving any👎🏻

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
