Compliance Manager

Position: Mid-Level Compliance Manager NBFC Housing Finance Company (India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines from RBI, SEBI, NHB, and other relevant bodies in the Housing Finance and NBFC sectors.
• Timely submission of regulatory filings, returns, and disclosures as per statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures in line with company operations and regulations.
• Identify compliance gaps and risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections, audits, and reviews, ensuring all documents and reports are ready.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, audit findings, and regulatory communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve compliance-related queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• CS (Inter/Executive/Professional) or MBA.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in NBFC or housing finance.
• Knowledge of RBI, SEBI, NHB, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience in compliance assessments and managing compliance functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
