Psac and associates bhilai is looking for Company Secretaries to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, advising the board of directors on corporate governance best practices
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory filings
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and government bodies, ensuring timely submission of legal documentation such as annual returns and tax filings
- Provide legal guidance on company policies, contracts, and risk management, ensuring that the organization adheres to laws and regulations
- Assist in organizing and managing board and shareholder meetings, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to corporate governance practices
