Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers from the market.
• Collect prospective customer information.
• Ensure data security.
• Explore favorable cross selling opportunities with the customers.
• Knowledge all Life Insurance Products/ Investments/ home loans
• Obtain the necessary documents from customers along with the payment.
• Process the applications and receiving payment to issue the policy.
• Respond to customer queries and grievances and provide timely information and redressal.
• Ensure committed numbers are achieved.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 0-3 years of working experience in Life or Health Insurance.

Educational Requirements: 10+2/ ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate.

COMPETENCES/ BEHAVIOURS: Target Achievement Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Time Management.

Skills Required: Good Communication skills and interest in sales.
