Good work life balance. No work load. Good salary compared other companies. Good place to spend some time and focus on personal life.

Not good for long term specially if you are out to learn and grow. Very very less work, multiple people work on same project so limited work and view. Only NCE formulation hence very less exposure. More people and less work hence always job security issue. All people are same experience hence lot of very high level of politics. High salary but low designation due to difficulty in promotion, do not get job offer from other companies ....Read More

No enough work and lack of work security. No growth in terms of financial and work opportunities. Little biased when it comes to increments. Work life balance is zero.
