It's been more than 7 years since I joined Sun knowledge and it's been an overwhelming experience. I not only get to learn new things in all these years but have always been appreciated for my hard work. As for my experience I had one of the most toxic SME leading our team. She has been an employee for 8 years yet she was very manipulating, hungry for appreciation, not a team player, instead of guiding us she used to make us do the wrong things which created problem between agents and client and she used to take all the appreciation. Because of her around 10 people left. I tolerated her for for a year and then finally managed took some actions and transfer her under a different manager. The first year was literally hell for me yet I had to stay strong as all I wanted was to learn and grow and not to destroy my zeal of working which she was trying to do. I wish none of the other people had to ever face such a toxic person and I truly request the management to take strict actions and quick actions when you get complains regarding one person from a relative amount for people....Read More
