As far as the work is concerned, I always find it awesome. It gives the area to think, to make mistakes and learn, to manage time, to gain confidence to communicate and express, to take accountability. Supervisors are so friendly and helpful. They treat their team members like a family, they talk with individuals at their bad times and try to make them comfortable so that one can gain self-confidence and work better. It has been a pleasant experience working with Sunknowledge for almost 3 years! This has been a great learning curve in my professional space. Also it has been a great opportunity for me to enhance my knowledge in the field of medical billing. The Manager’s, Team Leads and colleagues are very supportive. The work environment is very relaxed. There are lots of projects which are easy to adapt for a fresher. There are IJP’s held on a regular basis which helps one to accelerate their career within the organisation. Also the management arranges fun Friday every alternate week and there are extra curriculum activities as well like football tournaments, cricket tournaments etc. My overall experience has been great and very knowledgeable. I have been working with sunknowledge for the last 4 months and my experience is great. The work culture of the company is very supportive and all the seniors and supervisors have helped me a lot to learn and blend in my work role from day 1, I felt welcome and valued. Nothing is good here. HR and management is worse here. If you are needing any help then you will not get that, neither from management not HR. Salary is also very bad. If you are in good terms with the manager/ operation then you might get any help otherwise they are useless. Managers and team leaders are very biased.

SK provides you freedom of work. The journey never seems long and tiring, as I always love and enjoy my time here. Sun Knowledge itself is an institution and it has been a great learning curve in my professional space.

Dislikes

One may take time to adjust to the night shift but you get enough team support and there are fun activities to keep us stress free. So, nothing to dislike as such.

Some team leads and managers act like parar dada. They will threaten you and misbehave with you. And even the HR will do nothing about it.
