I have been a part of this organization since 2022, and it has been a wonderful journey till date. The best part of the company is that the management here always follow an Open Door Policy, and it had help me too. My supervisor has always been very supportive. She has always pushed me to learn new things. Everyday here is a learning experience.

Work life balance is good. And yes you have to complete your production hours. A little target base and yes lots of soft skills learning opportunities here

They should provide good food and water and yes coffee or tea. The food quality and the coffee and tea quality is below standard. Don't drink coffee from the machine it is very very very bad. IDK if Joydeep Dutta Roy read this or not but cafeteria needs to be developed. Poor quality water and food is effecting our health there.

I have been working here at Sun Knowledge for almost 6 months now. It's been a journey filled with learning. My Supervisors and team members have always helped me understand my work and thus manage to stay ahead of the curve in this industry. Communication with them is always clear and transparent. As far as the work is concerned, I always find it awesome. It has been a pleasant experience working with Sunknowledge for almost 3 years! This has been a great learning curve in my professional space. Also it has been a great opportunity for me to enhance my knowledge in the field of medical billing. The Manager’s, Team Leads and colleagues are very supportive. The work environment is very relaxed. There are lots of projects which are easy to adapt for a fresher. There are IJP’s held on a regular basis which helps one to accelerate their career within the organisation. Office politics Unsafe for girls as men have predatory behaviour Managers like abir biswas make employees write fake reviews to boost company profile. This place is the most toxic in whole of kolkata private sector. The issue Pip and forcefully fire people because of personal differences. Scammers like sumointee and vishal who were TLs are now AM- ASSISTANT MANAGERS. THEY SCAMMED LAKHS FROM THE COMPANY but did not get fired but rather got promoted.
