To be honest there is nothing to like. You will get your salary every month, may be that is the one thing that I can mention, but again it is very obvious when you are working you should get paid.

1. Salary: the salary is not only minimal, but there is no certainty when you will get your salary. You will never get your salary at the end of the month or start of the week. They usually give salary on 6th 7th of month, there r also exceptions. Sometimes you may get a mail which states due to some unavoidable situations the salary will be delayed and it can get delayed further till 10th. 2. Appraisal: There is no fixed timing of appraisal. Initially once or twice they even cancelled the appraisal. Nowadays it is happening but still no fixed time when it will took place. They often don't provide appraisal on time and most of the time adjusted the arrear amount each month with your salary. 3. Rules and Regulations: There are rules and regulations but these can be bend as their own will. People and management can re-hire people even those who never given proper resignation, can give promotion to anyone who isn't even qualified, never given IJP and can fire anyone without any proper explanation. Most of the time they don't even deserve it. 4. Company reviews on Ambition box,google: This is the worst part of the company and when I saw this I lost all the respect for them. Every month they ask certain employees to go to Google and ambition box to post their review, give it 5 stars and write good things about the organisation and share those screenshots with the HR and asked people of management to go to those sites and give likes to those comments so that they get featured first, which is the pathetic thing a company can do and every month till now this has been happening. Even someone who is not willing to give review neither good nor bad, they will literally annoy that person everyday and will ask you whether you posted any review or not. Micromanagement, favouritism, you have to backbitching with AM and TL then you become there favourite. Managers, AM,TL don't know how to speak always shouting. Force and always threat you to give PIP if you don't obey them and force you to do work of other person. In Sick leaves your attendance allowance cut.

It's been more than 7 years since I joined Sun knowledge and it's been an overwhelming experience. I not only get to learn new things in all these years but have always been appreciated for my hard work. The working environment and culture is very nice compared to other medical billing companies, and the Management is very cooperative. Not a good experience as I joined this company with lot of hopes , ambition & dreams in my eyes but all that scattered in just few weeks , So basically I was hired for the customer service of HCP however the process was very vast and the time allotted to complete the tranning batch was just one month , So they had assessments every week & I couldn't clear the second assessment just for 3-4 marks , So the operations manager directly asked me to put down my resignation as they thought that am not fit for that particular process which was absolutely fine , However they didn't even reprofiled / or shifted me in any other process which was completely unjustified and even they had many processes still didn't give me any other opportunity , So all my efforts , hardwork & pain was totally wasted as cracking interview in this company itself is a big deal then only for few marks they didn't even consider moving me into any other process which I'm really very disappointed , So people beware if you are selected for CUSTOMER Service profile then it's not gonna be a easy deal. And after few weeks HR is sending me a email asking me why am not reporting to work and also asking me why there is no response from my end , Seriously such an unprofessional HRD Team as they are not aware that their operations team has asked me to Resign and they have no clue about it , Seriously unbelievable No job stability= - it's a nuisance hire n fire policy like Knowledge...Read More

The company culture is very unhealthy. There is zero opportunity to scale up since the company don't encourage their employees for knowledge enhancement. The company only listens to the feedback been provided by the Team Leads/Assistant Managers/Managers. Whereas there should be equal scope of opportunity to hear from their associates level as the associates are also an integral part of the company. The management should have more empathy towards the employees specially to the associates level staff so that each and every one should get an equal opportunity to grow with the new skill sets to be imparted to the employees via regular training....Read More
