As for my experience I had one of the most toxic SME leading our team. She has been an employee for 8 years yet she was very manipulating, hungry for appreciation, not a team player, instead of guiding us she used to make us do the wrong things which created problem between agents and client and she used to take all the appreciation. Because of her around 10 people left. I tolerated her for for a year and then finally managed took some actions and transfer her under a different manager. The first year was literally hell for me yet I had to stay strong as all I wanted was to learn and grow and not to destroy my zeal of working which she was trying to do. I wish none of the other people had to ever face such a toxic person and I truly request the management to take strict actions and quick actions when you get complains regarding one person from a relative amount for people....Read More

Work life balance is good. And yes you have to complete your production hours. A little target base and yes lots of soft skills learning opportunities here

They should provide good food and water and yes coffee or tea. The food quality and the coffee and tea quality is below standard. Don't drink coffee from the machine it is very very very bad. IDK if Joydeep Dutta Roy read this or not but cafeteria needs to be developed. Poor quality water and food is effecting our health there.

I have been a part of this organization since 2022, and it has been a wonderful journey till date. The best part of the company is that the management here always follow an Open Door Policy, and it had help me too. My supervisor has always been very supportive. This place is the most toxic in whole of kolkata private sector. The issue Pip and forcefully fire people because of personal differences. Scammers like sumointee and vishal who were TLs are now AM- ASSISTANT MANAGERS. THEY SCAMMED LAKHS FROM THE COMPANY but did not get fired but rather got promoted. I have been working in this organization since one and a half years and I feel so happy to work in this jovial working environment and the infrastructure, here, is very good.
