Dislikes

I did not find anything that I should dislike. I enjoyed working there. It was quite unfortunate that I had to leave due to some unavoidable personal reasons. Else, I would love to go back to the same organization any day.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
