I got the opportunity to work with quite a few technology partners which enriched my vendor management experience. The HR team is very supportive of both on and off-boarding process. Salary is on time and 30% discount on sports outlet.

Dislikes

There is no clear strategy from the senior management. Leadership keeps changing very frequently. Racism and Favoritism. Humiliation of employees. No development or training plan is set for the employees.

It's not very far from my place.

Everything. It's absolutely disorganised. The HRs try to trick you into changing your job title after hiring you with another job title. Your team will be changed without notifying you and the new manager will have no idea about your work, so you will be threatened with redundancy even though you have been doing your work diligently. There are no appraisal cycles, no incentives, no year end bonus.
