This company is an absolute joke. EVERYONE is a "Vice President"—seriously, I've never seen so many inflated titles in one place. It’s like Oprah handing out VP roles: You get a VP title! Can’t think of anything good, the top management needs to change their mindset and need to accept the fact that micromanaging won’t bring benefits or add tour bottom line, especially when growth is the agenda !
A group of loyalists favoured by their loyal managers leave no stone unturned when they see that the new joinee may surpass them in dealings with different departments. Lack of professionalism amongst senior leaders is common, they can be seen forcing people to be office in a hybrid policy, threatening them openly about their flexibility without considering the nature of work and performance of the employees, their job is to micro manage and downgrade juniors in front of employees with fancy titles given to them by the senior leaders , company follows a hybrid work culture and follow certain core working hours the management however wishes that people go by the old norms and they don’t leave a chance to tell employees to be in office when seniors are. Seniors leave during late hours, expectation is that all should follow the trend. People like to be called mam and sirs. One can be seen openly complaining about employee within the same department with the senior leader. Managers want people to be copied in all emails even when the emails originate from a department one has no control over. Writing back to back emails on top of emails sent by employees questioning their credibility, checking on communicator why one has shown themselves as busy.
