This company is an absolute joke. EVERYONE is a "Vice President"—seriously, I've never seen so many inflated titles in one place. It’s like Oprah handing out VP roles: You get a VP title! You get a VP title! Meanwhile, half of them couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. Upper management? A bunch of self-absorbed clowns who think they’re gods. They sit in their ivory towers, completely disconnected from reality, making terrible decisions and then blaming everyone else when things go south. Good luck getting anything done here unless you’re part of their little ego-stroking circle. The real workers—the ones actually keeping this sinking ship afloat—are ignored, overworked, and underpaid.
