Working with people ,with bad intension and taking advantage with other who work properly..after having increments, bonuses,upgrading they have all the credits ..people who supper more in work was nothing..

On time giving salary..bonuses and especially health insurance..

Dislikes

No proper evaluation of employees..manager directly removing people without research the history and performance of the employee..very disappointed..very injustice..

Work Details

I'm part of the commissioning,as part of pioneers I learn a lot and study nature of work..not only in crane..multi skills..no accident and no complain..no bad record.that's why it's very painful to me..manager easily wrote my name in the list of lay off.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
