as a serve Administration and responsible for manage and support guest OS managing private and public cloud, AWS Microsoft platform. * Installing the configuration and multiple os such as Unix flavoured i.e. centos, ubuntu latest version as well as older version. * Troubleshooting and resolving the issue related to Cloud Infrastructure service.

I struggle but in the beginning as there was no formal training session etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
