the company upper level has full of ego . i didnt find a single improvement here . eventhough i didnt learned anything. why they recruited me i dont understand . middle management dont have any knowledge in core but they interfere in between and ask useless questions . coming to administration department hr . she is the reason i left the job . they doesn't understand what i said. here the salaries are very low according to the market but the company expect high level skill for their employees while providing less salaries. the doesn't use their knowledge instead they use chatgpt every now and then...Read More
