they hire freshers and make them wait 1 year for onboarding and that also not confirm. If any fresher got offer letter pls reject it or hold as backup .onboarding they keep on postponing so better search for another job. I worked in stratogent for 2 years as system engineer (NOC). As a system engineer my job was to handle alerts and do some basic troubleshooting. It's an amazing company for freshers. You have very less work pressure. You can use that time to improve.

You get to work on various technologies inspite of staying in L1.

Dislikes

Due to lack of resources, you have to cover the shifts of L1, L2 and L3's. There is no proper hike's. Purposefully they delay hikes so that most of them would have resigned and left. If you are serving notice period you will be treated very badly, you will be assigned the pending work of others and threatened of withholding the relieving letter.

Work culture is like mostly focused on work. Polies are nicely prepared and arranged but performance bonus, increment, gets delayed but do provide arriers.
