So happy to be a part of NGA. But i had a bitter experience that employees are not treated equally . So much partiality from the side of our manager that makes some of the people to apply for next level where others are completely neglected. Else everything is super good..

So much partiality from top level .. i know this is common in all firms but it feels really bad when some people are only considered even to apply for next level.
