Pathetic management : They don't have any vision and direction . They exploit resources as per their whims and fancies . They have wrecked the careers and profiles of many candidates by shuffling them around the org simply because they didnt know what business to get into and what to do. Lack of projects : The above factor is alsothe reason the company virtually has no business . It calls itself a pioneer in telecom sector but the reality is they dont have any projects apart from local cable operators . They have been kicked out of most big and international deals as they simply didnt have the skillsets , capability or the professionalism required for such projects. No work life balance : Most of the resources there are working 10 hours an average on a day. There is no policy for comp off although you can be randomly called upon to work on weekends . Favoritism : They follow a policy of hire and fire and only old employees are considered for appraisal even if they are non performers. Tremendous lack of professionalism : Meetings start at any time and conclude at any time . Bay areas are noisier than fish markets . No transparency in anything . Employee reviews are taken from favorite puppets of managers. Useless HR : You will see a lot of pretty girls in HR who do nothing the whole day except loiter in the cafetaria and around their manager for no good reason. For every benefit you are entitled to and they don't want to give , they will give you a standard line , "It is as per policy " HRBP is a useless puppet who just adds value to the organization through her dress and looks . In short , they are a huge bunch of crooks and liars who will destroy your career in the name of giving you exposure and money whereas in reality they will not even give you rotten peanuts !!
