There is no Value for their employees. STL digital don't have clear idea about it's new fresher GETs that what they have to assign. STL take interviews for different background, they will train you for another different domain, then they will change your domain and then they will judge you on different skill, for that you will be provided very insufficient time and unrealistic task to terminate you. No project, STL put on bench for 1 year. Worst work environment, no direct communication from HR or Manager, sometimes your manager doesn't know that you even exist. The work culture is good and the learning opportunities provided in STL are very good as one gets an opportunity to learn about different aspects of Technology and 5G which are very important in today's Scenario.

Dislikes

STL needs to improve on providing equal opportunity as most of them are still not getting the projects they need which impacts the work experience and also work culture will get impacted very badly.

Only benefits is the salary you get good amount of package as a graduate engineer trainee like 8 lpa

So they offered a package of 8 lpa but after 1 year 95% of us had been terminated due to unfair practice of Letting employees in the Performance improvement program (pip) them laying them off . So if you want to ruin off your career then you ar happily welcome here, but if you want a proper career growth then choose any company but not this one, infact after 1 year they are also letting to compensate salaries to 63% fixed from 8 lpa ie around 5 lpa is fixed and the rest amount i.e 37% is variable that you'll get it based on your performance only if you are allocated to any project that too will be given to you quarterly.
