Honest and Important Feedback from my side for all the engineers out there who are planning to Join Sterlite. Those who are latest graduated engineer. Don't waste your Time, this Company Dont need you to stay for long, Freshers can better in 2 months and seniors will be made forcefully resigned by not paying salary. Telecom industryis shit for Growth stories all the hardwork here is completely waste, since you're hardwork are better opportunities and appreciation for the people sitting above you. I have wasted my year, As a graduate Engineer instead of doing some course and jump into better growth company, I wasted my time here. As much as possible stay away from any Telecom industry company... You're valued zero here, Even The HR are not here for any support, You get zero Response From the HR's, Replacing HR's Might be a Good first step for this company. As a friend, As a Brother and As a fellow graduate engineer, don't attend any placement drive or any interview, You guyzz got better company out their where you are valued more... You're lowest package expectations is the highest package that they can offer when you are experienced for about 5 + years. Maybe Working for manufacturing industry at Sterlite a good Choice for engineers but Never work in fields or in office Which are related in installing Fiber projects. There is nothing to like in this company.

Everything from the starting everything is just worst here. First they will hire a mass of freshers and make them undergo training for 2-3 months without any proper SME or guidance. After that again they will change your domain and this will continue till 3-4 times like full stack in 1 month to Devops engineer in 1 month. To keep you busy they will keep assigning you use case for 3 weeks which is of no use and keep evaluating you and based on your performance however good you perform they will keep you in PIP which is performance improvement program and again evaluating till finally they throw you out. There is no job security here. However good you perform you would still be put in PIP. The manager here is useless. She herself don't know anything. No benefit nothing. In the starting in the induction it was said we will get accommodations but we got nothing.If u want to harm your mental peace and kick out of this company in 2-3 months then please join this company...Read More

Pathetic work culture and management. They just hire you and after few months they will layoff by making some useless reason. In our batch they just hired us and since that day they were taking evaluation for many times and it’s will not matter whether your evaluation is good or not they will simple put you in PIP(performance improvement program) and after a months they just remove you from company. There is no one to help none of the managers and seniors are helpful. If you’ll ask help they will simple tell you have to tackle these things by yourself....Read More

There is no job security when i joined Sterlite technologies there were 170 people who joined with me on 2 January 2023 and they all got laid off after 3 months i was given a full time opportunity in this company and got laid off after 3 months they destroyed career of 170 people including me if you have any other opportunities go for that if you don't want your career to end

Nothing. Worst company ever. The company hired almost 200 freshers as Graduate Engineer Traniee and fired them in just 3 months without any particular reason.

Dislikes

Delayed the on-boarding process for about 6 months. No proper training to freshers. There is no career growth opportunities. Laid off almost all the freshers without any reason.

In this company nothing to be liked. This company is not recommended specially Sterlite Digital. They doesn't provide any kind of training and instead expect much more from a fresher who was just newly joined. For freshers, they will worsen the condition and will be a black mark on your career.
