-I worked here in dayshift. Good compensation. Great worklife balance. Incase of overtime, they will call you to works but they also paid me well around 1500 for a day. So thats a plus point. -Best thing to learn about is the laws and regulations followed by US Jurisdictions, some knowledge about big crimes, small charges and court hearings. -Normal Food plate is very cheap here. More than half of a plate charge is paid by company for the employees. But the food quality is not constant every day....Read More

-No Job security -CAP policy. If you exceed doing errors, they will terminate you or will force you to resign -Dynamic process updates will eat your brain -Pressurizing employees to complete the target otherwise stretch the working hours (this is a current situation, last year it was good) -Sycophancy and apple-polishing to gain advantage for promotions -New management take over. Bad managing skills. No professionalism. The company is only good in terms of incentives and overtime. Only people work there to get more money and everything else is not so approaching.

There is no job security. The company only think about there perspective but not trying to understand employees situation. CAP policy is very bad, we all are human beings and if we close 150 files on a daily basis than there is a chance of making an error in one of the file but the company don't understand that infact they deduct the amount with issuing CAP under which you loose your incentives, amount deduction, rating and it continues for the next 3months after that if we make 2 more errors in being under the CAP so after the third error or CAP the company ask us to resign. 😏 so there is no job security, they ask us to be so accurate that 3 such errors can put our job into risk....Read More

Working with sterling was an awesome experience. The team mates, supervisors n managers are very helpful. The appraisal rating in sterling was quit satisfactory. Employees have a better growth opportunity.

Work is hectic. Employees plays a crucial role in Sterling as we need verify the information shared by the client. So we act a verifier and it's a very risky work, because some one will only get job if verifier his/her information correctly
