sterling is a good company. at the time when most of the companies need the technical graduates from the relevent field, sterling is giving opportunity to normal graduates also and this provides job to people with talent and not just digree. Any person who works hard and fuilfill the commitments that he or she has made at the time of interview. The management is also supportive and favourable when we are working on the field. just one sugesation, commit what you can achieve. donot say what you can not do. products are also good as per the market pricing. there are commercial and premium product both available. it depend on the customer that what is required and what are they paying for....Read More

This is a very nice work place. best combo of enjoy, earn, learn and grow. incerments are great. free to take the decissions in own teritory. Their way to treat their guest on invitation is great. some delays frommanufacturing time. due to this the led time taken by the company is more than 5 days. sometimes customer cancels the order dure to bigger lead time.

good company for people like us. we ae not technical people. we are simple graduates. so most of the opportunities are already closed. here we gotthe chance to perform and show our abilities atleast. so i respect the management forthis. they are not hiring on certificates. rather on the basis ofcommitments and performance. packages are also quite good as per the market.
