very happy working in this company. it was tough job to appoint the first distributor. but with the company support it successfully performed and later i successfully appointed 3 distributor within 2 years of joining. the company motivates the employee by giving them great incentive and then finally a handsome hike after confiration. But yes at the same time it is very crutial to stand in the probation period. in the probation period, if within 30 days if you donot appoint the distributor, your salary will be held up till the appointment of the distributor. one thing is sure, you cannot survive in the company by just giving fake commitments and taking up the job somehow. so clarity is must....Read More

good support . i was not able to go to the office. so my catalogues and pamplets were sent to my home via courier. our training was done online through zoom which helped me a lot to work in my area without visitng the company office in begining. After that i appointed my distributor and visited the office with him. All on companies cost. in 3 months 2 distributors appointed. so target done . then i got the confirmation. now the goods are comming and the market is running good. salary date is 7 to 10. it should be 1. the products are comming in 7 to 10 days. which is long time. it should be immediate. the transit damage claim time is only 2 days from the delivery. increase it please . the replacemet pick up should be arranged by the company.

💩 Poor management. There is no role in HR. They provide you ZERO AMOUNT of salary Means bandhua majdhur. If you make a distributor now you have a trapped . You have to sell his worst product . Fully fraud company. In ambition box , all good reviews given by company .
