My job is really very stisfying. i have spent fairly good amount of time here. And according to the experience i have had here, its a great platform to learn while you work. one thing is definatly there, if the perfornmance vurses comitment during the iterview varies, its tough to sustain here. we have to work hard to grow the territory but this is sure that we also get benifitted by it in the same proportion. it provides us a balanced work life. we are get sufficient time to look after our family as well. i am thankful to the management for the opportunity i have. things are completely transparent since the interview time only. enjoying my journy here in the organisation....Read More

as per my observation, its a proper place to learn undertand and grow. the freshers are also hired here and get a chance to grow and understand the market, explore new opportunities. i donot understand why so much of negativity is there if each nd every thing is always properly explained during the recruitment process itself. it is straight away said that the copany will give you an opportunity but performance is the employees part. how will any company be able to pay the people who donot even know how to report inspite of training. yes this is not a place for timepass. however every single effort of a team member gets the recognition. best place to learn and grow....Read More

Company is totally fraud and they are trying to scam in market . They hire sales person and ask them to connect distributor and dealer and invest 2to 6lakh . have spent more than a year in the company. Iam handlig the sales. I can say just one thing that people who perform or even put in efforts properly, they are recognized and their efforts are acknoledged by the seniors. at times if the sales goes down i have been supported morally and been given proper guidence. yes at times the consignment gets delayed. but then the customer gets compensated even just because the customer should not feel cheated or neglected. but for them who complaining have no place in the system. every policy is clearly nurrated during the interview athet you wont get paid if you dont perform/ sale specially in the probation. and i feel there is nothing wrong in it. one is free to take his/ her decission. there is no obigation. but palying blame game is not good....Read More

sometimes consignment dispath takes time of 7-8 days . in this situation it is hard to manage the custmers. hence the customer is intimated in advence about the delay.
