i am working for last more than 1 yr. it is not perfect but good place for people with clear vision. they pay sales people according to their sal. it is mandatory to achieve some min target in the probation. the the incentives in the probation period are great. at times half of my salary. so feels very good.

Dislikes

it is mandatory to achieve the sales target in the probation. if the sales is zero in probation period (3 months) they do not pay. but once the confirmation is done, nothing like that happens. but after confirmation the incentive is less.
