The company was employee friendly. But during lockdown, they not only deducted the salary (which I personally support), but also forced to resign many employees (on roll and off roll)

1. Office politics (which is normal mostly in all india based companies). 2. Non-Organized Salary Structure - your lower designated person may get much more than your salary. Similarly, same designated person's salary structure is much different. 3. Higher management tends to impose their faults to juniors and forced them to reaign.4. Now a days, there is a fear to loose job everyday. 5.
