The company was employee friendly. But during lockdown, they not only deducted the salary (which I personally support), but also forced to resign many employees (on roll and off roll)

1. Office politics (which is normal mostly in all india based companies). 2. Non-Organized Salary Structure - your lower designated person may get much more than your salary. Similarly, same designated person's salary structure is much different. 3. Higher management tends to impose their faults to juniors and forced them to reaign.4. Now a days, there is a fear to loose job everyday. 5. Company is very good.but selecting of the management key guys are very low quality..they are just enjoying company benifits. They are just enjoying here. They even know how to grow up the buisness.

Dislikes

All key higher position should be removed from company. They are just enjoying the T&D buisness. Only T&D buisness management people are enjoying company benifits. MD are losing money for this like cows.
