Due to various Reasons S & W Solar decided to close their KSA operation and Its was shocking to me that S&W Solar had terminates my Employment Contract in between the project phase. Also company settled my final settlement up to 30th Sept 2020 with deduction in Salary 20% per month. that was not written in my FTP contracts I was on road from 1st of Oct to 15th Of Oct 20220. I paid personally for my lodging and others charges for 15days additional stay in KSA, Air ticket to home country etc. There is no job security at all …............ no support from Head office. only company Policy is favorable and supporting for their permanent Employees. Company is very good.but selecting of the management key guys are very low quality..they are just enjoying company benifits. They are just enjoying here. They even know how to grow up the buisness.

Dislikes

All key higher position should be removed from company. They are just enjoying the T&D buisness. Only T&D buisness management people are enjoying company benifits. MD are losing money for this like cows.
