Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave management.
  
• Process salary advances and recover outstanding dues from employees.
  
• Provide support on SAP HCM-Payroll modules to internal stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act) and ability to apply them effectively.
  
• Proficiency in SAP HR/Payroll module or similar systems; willingness to learn new software applications.
