I like doing my task freely on time according my plan and I often achieve my target it is good which I like most

One who is doing good others often do politics and do mentaly torchour by enterfering in his work because they are relative of managers

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
